The Emergency Response Bureau consists of Fire Operations and EMS Operations.

Fire Operations

Fire Operations provides the residents of Dallas with fire suppression and protection, emergency rescue capabilities, and emergency medical first responder services.  

 

EMS Operations

EMS Operations provides the residents of Dallas with Advanced Life Support (ALS) emergency ambulance service.  The city of Dallas  is one of the few cities in the country to offer ALS service on all units.
