Dallas Fire-Rescue to Demonstrate Use of New On-Board Computers

Details: Dallas Fire-Rescue is proud to showcase the Panasonic Toughbook Computers now being used in EMS rescue units. Fire Dispatch Deputy Chief, Joe Kay, along with firefighter / paramedics from Station 18 and Panasonic Computer Solutions representatives, will host a brief demonstration of the department’s use of these laptop computers. Final installation of the computers in all of Dallas’ 30 front-line and 9 peak-demand rescue units has recently been completed. This demonstration will show how the use of cutting edge technology in these computers can help patient care by improving the paramedic’s use of time.
