INCIDENT DESCRIPTION

2 alarm fire displaces several families

At least four families were displaced as a result of a fire that began in an upstairs apartment.  The fire rapidly spread through an attic space, causing damage to other apartments.  A total of eight units were damaged by fire, smoke and/or water.
